HOT BUTTERED RYE
1 ½ oz Bolster Road Maple Rye Whiskey
1 Tablespoon Spiced Butter Batter*
Hot Water
Garnish: Cinnamon stick
*Mix together 1 stick of unsalted butter, 5 oz brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon each of nutmeg and cloves. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Combine the Rye and Spiced Butter Batter in a heat proof cup or mug, and top with 4-5 oz of hot water. Stir to mix. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
