BLACK MANHATTAN

2 oz J.P. Trodden Black Label Bourbon or Bolster Road Maple Rye
1 oz Averna Amaro (a classic Sicilian liqueur)
2 drops Jack Rudy Bitters
Garnish: Jack Rudy Bourbon Cherry

Mix all ingredients together in a cocktail mixing glass with plenty of ice till well chilled. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass, and garnish with a Bourbon cherry.
