2 oz J.P. Trodden Black Label Bourbon
¾ oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
¾ oz Lemon Juice (fresh, or a high quality not-from-concentrate juice)
Garnish: Lemon peel
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and give it a good shake for about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled Coupe and garnish with a lemon peel twist.
