2 oz Bolster Road Maple Rye
¼ oz Simple Syrup
2 drops Jack Rudy Bitters
Absinthe
Garnish: Lemon Peel

Use an atomizer to spritz absinthe into the inside of a cocktail glass (sides and bottom). Combine the other ingredients into a cocktail mixing glass with ice and stir till well chilled. Strain into the Absinthe-rinsed glass, and garnish with a lemon peel twist.
