THE FLANNEL

1 ½ oz Bolster Road Maple Rye
½ oz Apple Cider Syrup*
¼ oz Allspice Dram (located in the Cordial or Liqueur section of your liquor store)
¼ oz Orange Juice
Apple slice for garnish

*Apple Cider Syrup: bring 4 cups apple cider to boil and reduce to simmer for 1 hour until 1 cup remains. Cool and store in tightly sealed jar in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.

Add ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour over a large ice cube in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with apple slice.
